General Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I update my personal account information or change my password?
Once you’ve signed in to your account, click “My Account” at the top right of the page to update your personal account information and/or change your password.

2. How do I contact Customer Service?
Please email [email protected] or call 800.845.5550.

3. Do I need an email address to create a CashPlease® account?
Yes. A current email address is required.

4. What if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In page and enter your email address. Click “Request Password” and a new password will be emailed to you.

5. How do I view my loan history?
Once you’ve signed in to your account, click “My Loans” at the top right of the page to view your loan history.

Loan Questions

1. How do I create an account?
To create an account, click “Get Started” and follow the steps.

2. Who can get a short-term loan?
Access to convenient short-term loans is only available to accountholders at REV Federal Credit Union. Must be 18 years or older for eligibility. We do not make credit checks by using credit reports to determine your loan amount. However, we do look at account activity, and in some cases we will decline to offer you a loan. There is no guarantee. If you are notified on the website that you are not eligible, you are welcome to apply again at a later time.

3. How much can I borrow?
Loan amounts range from $200 - $450.

4. How do I know what amount I can borrow?
CashPlease® will display your eligible loan amount during the application process. Applicants are not required to accept the full loan amount offered.

5. How many loans can I have?
You can have only one outstanding loan at any time per consumer.

6. How do I receive my money?
Funds will be deposited directly to your account after loan is approved and processed.

7. How does repayment of the loan work?
The loan agreements you execute online state the due date(s) for your loan. If you choose the “Easy Pay” option, payment is automatically deducted from your account on the due date(s). If you choose "Manual Pay", you will be responsible for making your payments on time.

8. Once the loan is repaid, may I get another loan?
Yes. Once your current loan is paid in full, you are eligible to apply for a new loan the 2 days after your final payment is processed. No more than 3 loans are allowed to a single consumer within a 6-month period.
